The Carolina Hurricanes take on the Buffalo Sabres tonight in PNC Arena. This is game 1 of a 2 game Home-at-Home series and back to back games with the Sabres. Tomorrow night the 2 teams play in Buffalo's First Niagra Center.

The Canes are 0-2, losing 5-1 in Florida and dropping the home opener against Tampa bay 4-1. The Sabres have looked solid,  beating the Flyers at home 4-2 and going on the road to top the Maple leafs 2-1.
